Export your timeline audio or choose the matching media file, then transcribe it in SmoothyApp Captions

Correct the words and cue timing, then save an SRT

In Resolve choose File → Import → Subtitle, select the SRT and drag it onto a subtitle track
Keep the time zero in sync
Export audio from the beginning of the timeline and place the SRT at the same starting point. Check the first and last cues; a later picture edit can move speech away from its original subtitle times.
A few things to know
- This is a file-based workflow; the native Resolve plugin is still coming soon
- SmoothyApp AutoMulticam currently integrates with Premiere Pro
- SRT stores text and timing; choose fonts and subtitle styling in Resolve
